Brian Mahoney

Managing Principal

Brian Mahoney is the Managing Principal and responsible for the MatrixPoint Data Privacy practice where he works with data privacy attorneys, consultants, and operators to deliver best-in-class data privacy consulting.

Throughout his 20+ year career, Brian has focused on delivering data-driven solutions at Harcourt, Thomson, and the Washington Post. In addition, he co-founded Peerless Analytics, a boutique data analytics company that focused on implementing algorithmically generated insights to increase sales and marketing performance. 

Brian’s has experience working with well-known brands such as Xerox, McGraw-Hill, Crunch Fitness, Cigna, and New Balance in addition to some of the fastest-growing start-ups in the world including Thrasio, Fresh Pet, and The Observer.

Brian has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Lafayette College and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University.  Outside of work, Brian enjoys watching his children play sports and loves to play a soccer game of his own when possible.
