Steve has built his career delivering data-driven, results-focused strategies at leading organizations. At Boston Consulting Group, he served as Lead Growth Architect with the Digital Ventures arm. At Diamond Standard, as SVP of Marketing & Growth Leader, he launched three new products in two years and helped raise $50 million across individual and institutional investors. For IBM, he led "Smarter Planet" agency projects and aligned global social media marketing strategies across business units.
As an entrepreneur, Steve co-founded and successfully exited Caboodle! Toys LLC, where he invented the "collect to win®" loyalty concept and established the first rewards program in the toy industry before selling to Schleich GmbH.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from the Katz School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, where he was awarded a full Business Alliance Fellowship.
