Steve has built his career delivering data-driven and results-focused solutions at leading organizations. Previously, Steve led his consultancy, DataPlaces, where he advised pre-launch startups on marketing architecture and growth engines, with a strong focus on AI solutions. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded and successfully exited Caboodle! Toys LLC, inventing the “collect to win®” loyalty concept and creating the toy industry’s first rewards program.
